Baani Kaur Sandhu

Hi! I am Baani Kaur Sandhu, and my mission is to connect cultures through art. I am a director-actor-producer of music videos/commercials and films infused with comedy, dance, and activism.

I currently study Film & Television Production at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. I have also trained at the University of  Texas McCombs School of Business and Moody College of Communication, as well as the University of North Texas, where I held multiple positions at ntTV, a Lone Star Emmy winning television station. 

​

I am also a passionate dancer, performing for celebrities like Hrithik Roshan and winning the national BAYO dance contest.

 

When I’m not on stage or on set I enjoy creating marketing campaigns and consulting for local production companies. I am a four time gold Presidential Service award recipient and Gold Award Girl Scout.

I plan to combine my background in the arts and business to become the creative who bridges people and cultures.
